Robot Palletisation is the most flexible solution for palletising; up to six different products can be palletised to
six pallet positions. Pallets can be formed from single or multi product types, making them ideal for order
preparation. Empty pallets and layer sheets can be picked from magazines reducing the need for additional
equipment, however this does impinge on the available palletising time.

Speeds are limited to a maximum of 20 cycles per minute however the average is 9 to 10 cycles per minute,
which equates to 36 units a minute based on a 4 unit pick. Speeds are dependant on product size and
weight, options for layer picking are available. All types of product can be palletised, with each head being
